- Position Summary:
The Regional Sommelier is responsible for overseeing the wine and beverage programs at two Couples Resorts properties. This role requires expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails, as well as strong leadership and management skills. The Regional Sommelier will work closely with F&B; Service teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain cost controls, and drive innovation in wines and beverage offerings.

Position Requirements:
- Advanced Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (Master Sommelier preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Sommelier in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants




- Strong knowledge of international wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Excellent palate and tasting abilities
- Proven track record in inventory management and cost control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and beverage management software
- Ability to travel between properties as needed
- Duties and Reponsibilities
- Develop and manage wines budget for both properties
- Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability
- Design, dvelop and implement wines training for F&B; Service Team
- Design, develop and implement wines sales promotional progammes
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized wine and beverage recommendations
- Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for guests
