What you’ll do
- Management Accounts: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts for multiple legal entities across EU countries (Czechia, Finland, Poland, Sweden).



Analyse variances and provide insightful commentary to support effective decision-making.
- Compliance & Controls: Maintain a strong internal control environment ensuring full compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and accounting standards (local and IFRS). Drive process improvements to strengthen financial governance.
- Balance Sheet Ownership: Fully own and reconcile the balance sheet monthly, performing reviews and following up on outstanding items to ensure balance sheet integrity.
- Month-End Process Management: Lead and coordinate end-to-end month-end close activities, working cross-functionally to meet deadlines and quality standards. Improve the close process through automation and standardisation.
- Accrual Management: Review, calculate, and post accruals with clear documentation, challenging inaccurate estimates to maintain accuracy.
