We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic property portfolio team based in Madrid, Spain This role combines strategic real estate management with advanced data analytics capabilities to optimize our property portfolio performance and drive data-informed decision-making across our organization.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between traditional real estate operations and modern data science, leveraging analytics to enhance asset performance, streamline operations, and identify investment opportunities

Where You'll Make a Difference
This dynamic role is divided into three core areas of expertise:
Real Estate Management
Oversee property portfolio operations including lease administration, tenant relations, and facility management coordination
Conduct property performance evaluations and recommend optimization strategies for space utilization and cost efficiency
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for property services and maintenance
Coordinate property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards across all properties
Develop and implement property management policies and standard operating procedures
Conduct regular site inspections and property condition assessments
Prepare capital expenditure plans and manage property budgets
Data Analytics & Reporting
Design and maintain comprehensive real estate databases and management information systems
Develop automated dashboards and visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy rates, rental income, operating expenses, and ROI metrics
