In Zaragoza, our Learning Center plays a vital role in preparing the next generation of wind service technicians with the technical expertise, safety mindset, and confidence they need to succeed in the field.

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team and help deliver high-quality technical and safety training for wind turbine service technicians. This is a hands-on, center-based role where you’ll bring complex concepts to life, support learner development, and contribute directly to the integral energy transition.

What you’ll do
- Deliver pre-developed theoretical and practical training on GE Vernova wind turbine platforms including 1.X, 2.X, 3.X, and Cypress
- Lead engaging classroom sessions for both new and experienced technicians, adapting your style to different learning needs
- Facilitate practical, hands-on exercises that build real-world technical confidence




- Support trainees through VR-based learning modules, adding context and guidance throughout
- Ensure all sessions are delivered in line with GE Vernova safety standards
- Maintain a safe, professional training environment and verify correct PPE use- Support troubleshooting discussions across electrical and mechanical systems
- Accurately document attendance, progress, and training outcomes
- Work closely with the wider training team to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Liaise with the Lab Technician to ensure tools, equipment, and the learning environment are ready
- Occasionally travel to wind farm sites or international locations to support field training

What you’ll bring
- Electrical certification or a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Technical knowledge of wind turbines, ideally GE products
