YOUR TASKS:
- Support the team in the design and structuring of transactions, including the preparation of term sheets and participation in negotiations of final agreements.
- Assist in managing internal approval processes, ensuring compliance with governance and corporate requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Contribute to the structuring and execution of project sale processes, including negotiation of binding agreements and internal approval processes.
- Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes for both vendor-led and third-party projects, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with transaction objectives.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.




- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar position preferably within infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Availability to travel.
