What will be your challenge as a Pay Analyst?
- You will follow the customer experience in all aspects of payments to enable the correct operation of the service.
- You will help set up and track payment processes.
- You will participate in fraud detection and prevention initiatives.
- You will be following up with customers regarding their unpaid accounts.
- You will analyse customer accounts in detail.
- You will use and manage payment platforms.
What will make you succeed as a Pay Analyst in Lookiero_?_
- You have a good level of Spanish and English.:
- A good level of French would be a huge plus:
- You have good writing skills.
- A second European language will also be a HUGE plus.
- You are comfortable with new technologies and are quick to learn how to use new IT tools.
- You have previous experience in a customer service department, preferably with an e-commerce player, is a plus
