Michelin-Starred Sushi Omakase Restaurant in Ibiza, Spain is currently looking for an experienced Sushi Chef specialized in traditional omakase cuisine.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a serious, high-level gastronomic project in one of Europe’s most unique destinations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional omakase sushi
- Strong skills in:
- Fish cleaning and breakdown
- Sushi rice preparation
- Tamago preparation
- Traditional knife techniques
- Nigiri preparation
- Japanese appetizers
- Ability to work directly at the sushi counter in front of guests
- Understanding of the precision, rhythm and discipline required in traditional omakase service
- Basic English required (translation support available if needed)
