WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
- At least 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably at 4- or 5-star hotels.
- Previous experience as a Senior Front Desk Agent, Shift Leader, or Supervisor.
- Experience handling incidents, complaints, and day-to-day operations.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required); German is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in hotel PMS systems (Opera cloud, Protel, SIHOT, Mews, etc.).
- Knowledge of OTAs and online reputation management (Booking, Expedia, ReviewPro, TripAdvisor).
- Cashier duties, month-end closings, billing, deposits, a
