The UNIVERSITY OF ZARAGOZA hosts a MSCA Postdoctoral Fellow on the food safety of emergent packaging materials. The Analytical Research Group GUIA will support the researcher throughout the stay, leveraging Aragón EURAXESS resources and dedicated offices for European projects and patent management.
Project work centers on nanomaterials for active packaging, NIAS risk assessment, and analytical method development in chromatography and mass spectrometry for food-contact materials.
