DUTCH-SPEAKING INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - TECHNOLOGY

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Inside Sales Representative for a leading technology client, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and consultative selling. Working in a hybrid setup in Malaga, you will be a key contributor to the Dutch-speaking market expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Dutch-speaking accounts through regular outreach and relationship development
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
- Own the sales cycle from first contact through to deal closure
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and activity KPIs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in the CRM system





REQUIREMENTS:
- C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English — written and spoken
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a quota-carrying sales role
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and phone-based selling
- Goal-oriented and resilient, with a consistent track record of hitting targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
