The Role

Solera is seeking an Implementation Associate to support our operations in Seville, Spain. As an Implementation Associate, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our software solutions. You will report to the Head of Implementation and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality implementation services to our customers.
- What You’ll Do
- Assist clients in migrating from their legacy estimating platformsto Qapter, ensuring a smooth transition with mínimal disruptionto their operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, generate SOWsto ensure consistency and ensure successful implementation of Solera’s software solutions.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including user guides and project plans to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Become SME on product suiteto advise Solera's customers on best workflows and configurations to meet the customers needs and add value




- Work with cross-functional teamsto identify and address any technical issues during the implementation process.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing any inquiries or technical issues as they arise.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve the implementation process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze implementation metricsand performance datato identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to align implementation efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiativesto enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.
