A vacancy for a Serial Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Tablada (Sevilla).

RESPONSABILITIES:
As Eurodrone Manufacturing Engineering Fuselage and Pylon you will be in charge of the following activities:
- Ensuring Manufacturability of the design. Co-Design
- Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account.
- Push industrial requirements to Engineering (specific design/M&P;) & Supply Chain.
- Introduce Manufacturing best practice/ standardization into design.
- Define Build Process for ME.
- Calculate the time at operation level.
- Manage Technical Sequencing.
- Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines, ) requirements for creation or modification.
- Drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for Manufacturing readiness (production handover).
- Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team.
- Accountable for configuration management (in particular Delta 2).
- Create / update routings / BoM / SOI taken into account shop floor needs,



Time calculation and Work Preparation Golden Rules in accordance with applicable processes.

SKILLS:

- Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years in in assembly with experience in Co-Design, Industrialization and Support to the production lines
- Collaboration mind-set, team spirit and communication skills are consider as a must in this role.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish
