You'll handle core accounting tasks, manage collections and keep aging reports in check, work with tools like Holded, and collaborate closely with Finance and Sales to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
About the role
As a Junior Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate, efficient,
and audit-ready as we scale. This position combines day-to-day accounting, collections management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement to guarantee healthy cash flow, clean books, and reliable reporting.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
- Invoicing and billing management
- Record and reconcile daily journal entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR)
- Bank reconciliations
- Support month-end close
- Proactively follow up on overdue invoices and communicate directly with clients
- Manage the full collections cycle: reminders, escalations, and dispute resolution
- Maintain the aging report and provide regular updates to the Finance team
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to unblock payments
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation
