Your Mission:
As a Customer Advisor, you will bridge the gap between financial technology and human-centric service:
- Strategic Problem Solving: Identifying customer pain points and delivering accurate, timely solutions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilizing your Spanish (B2) skills to navigate internal systems and collaborate with local departments.
Training & Development:

- Initial Duration: 5 weeks of immersive training.
- Early Schedule: 09:00 - 15:00 (Building the foundation).
- Full Schedule: 35 hours per week (Post-onboarding).
