JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to join our team within the Home Care Business area at Unilever. You’ll be responsible for supporting the CSP & Marketing Home Care Manager in the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) Strategy for the Home Care brands, to meet company goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The translation of the BVP into the Brand Marketing Plan (BMP). Brand Marketing Plan
- To develop and deploy the brand marketing plan by assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule.
- ⁠Leads adaptation of brand communication assets, BTL media plan (Social, Influencer Marketing & PR) and delivers disruptive and innovative brand projects.
- Collaborate with the Spain CSP&Marketing; HC Lead to define the short, medium,



and long-term strategy for the company's brands within the assigned category.
- Set, analyze, and post-evaluate KPIs to measure and assess the results of the defined strategy and activation plans.
- Define and control the brand activation plan, aligned with the brand strategy.
- Analyze and monitor the HC market, identifying key players, pillars, and activation levers crucial for market growth.
- Collaborate with key suppliers to activate previously defined plans: design agencies, printers, direct marketing agencies, etc.
- Define and conduct market studies necessary to formulate the new category strategy.
- Responible for the brand and competitors’ performance analysis (sell in & sell out analysis) by evaluating support activities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
