We’re looking for a strategic and transformational leader to drive Logistics Execution across Europe, leading a complex, high-volume operation and shaping the future of supply chain performance at scale.





This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering a best-in-class, customer-centric and digitally enabled end-to-end logistics operation, while accelerating transformation through data, AI, and automation.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead European Logistics Execution, acting as the key connector across Supply Chain, Commercial, Asset Productivity, and Digital teams to deliver superior service at optimal cost.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Oversee logistics operational activity, managing flows and spend to optimize supply chain operations and achieve the lowest cost-to-serve for CHEP.
- Lead the execution of local strategic initiatives aligned with integral and regional business strategies, focusing on delivering annual cost reduction initiatives.
- Engage directly with customers to develop and execute collaborative transport solutions that optimize shared flows and deliver value for both customers and CHEP
