This is a hands-on role with two clear priorities: keeping crypto financial records accurate and well-controlled, and driving finance processes to be faster and more reliable. Alongside that, you'll own the monthly close coordination and consolidation — with full visibility across the company's financial operations and accountability for accurate reporting across all entities.

Key Responsibilities

Crypto Reporting & Reconciliation
- Coordinate, maintain, and improve crypto data flows across wallets,



exchanges, custody providers, digital asset locations, internal finance systems, crypto accounting tools, and accounting records.
- Manage crypto balance and transaction reconciliations across wallets, exchanges, crypto accounting tools, and accounting records.
- Prepare crypto finance reports to support month-end close, management reporting, audits, and internal controls.

Process Improvement & Automation
- Improve, automate, and standardize internal finance systems, reports, reconciliations, and financial data flows.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across finance processes.

Monthly Close Coordination & Consolidation
- Own the monthly close and consolidation across multiple legal entities — from data validation through to the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
