We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a direct role in driving company growth by building a robust sales pipeline and setting qualified meetings in the DACH region.



Your core focus will be active outbound prospecting using cold calling and integrated outreach sequences.

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Make 60–70 cold calls each day to key stakeholders across target accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Identify, research, and contact potential SMB and mid-market accounts.
- Uncover prospect challenges and communicate how our search solutions address their specific needs.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
- Execute structured, multi-channel outreach strategies using phone, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
