The Role
We are looking for a

Junior Customer Success Manager

who is energetic, proactive, and motivated to grow with us. This person will play a role in building strong relationships with our partners and ensuring smooth collaboration across projects. You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where communication,



problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making are key.

We’re looking for someone who is

self-driven, takes full ownership, and thrives in a startup-like environment

where not every process is fully established. You should be proactive, willing to figure things out independently, and eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, helping ensure a great client experience.
Support new and existing clients and help guide them through our processes.
Work with data and reports to understand performance and identify useful insights.
Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
Work closely with different teams to solve client-related questions and challenges.
Learn and adapt to company tools, processes, technologies, and new topics.
Take responsibility for your tasks and be proactive in finding solutions when challenges come up.
