Key Responsibilities :
We are looking for a

hands-on, entrepreneurial sales professional

to develop our business in the German

residential and small C&I; PV & energy storage market . The successful candidate will be expected to help

in growing the market , leveraging existing sales channels while also identifying and creating new routes to market. As the company is still young in Europe, we are looking for someone who can operate coordinated with the country manager, but independently. Also to move quickly, bring new ideas, and ultimately

leave a clear blueprint for sustainable growth in Spain .

Sales Responsibility:
Business Development:

Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities across the Spanish market. Proactively exploring sales channels, strategic partnerships, and emerging market segments.
Market Expansion & Account Development:

Build and grow a sustainable customer portfolio from the ground up, developing long-term relationships while expanding existing accounts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strategic Sales Planning:





Define and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends, customer needs, and the company's growth objectives, translating opportunities into measurable commercial results.
Commercial Ownership:

Take a hands-on approach to managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up—ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Industry & Solution Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of the photovoltaic and energy storage market, positioning the company's products and value-added services across a wide array of sales channels, identifying new commercial opportunities and maximizing market penetration.
Negotiation & Partnership Management:

Lead commercial negotiations, establish strategic partnerships, and conclude agreements that generate sustainable, profitable growth.

Enhancing training materials related to ins
