The

Trade Marketing

department at

Chupa Chups – Company of Perfetti Van Melle Iberia

and plays a key role in bringing our commercial strategy to life across the

Spanish market.

As

Category Specialist Spain , you will help to create and implement our commercial strategy across Modern and Traditional trade channels. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and other business teams, providing strategic support and accelerating the implementation of channel-specific initiatives.

You will collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders, including National Account Managers, the Field Sales team, Marketing, Plan & Deliver, Revenue Growth Management, Finance and international Trade Marketing teams.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:




Coordinate and communicate the execution of the commercial calendar, including new product launches, promotional activities and point-of-sale materials.
Partner with Sales teams to manage key customer and Trade Marketing initiatives.
Manage wholesale incentive and Field Sales gamification programs, from defining actions to budget management.
Coordinate promotional packs, strips and off-shelf displays, ensuring effective in-store execution.
Lead plans for assembled displays and visibility materials.
Drive Field commercial activation, including POS materials, promotional activities, loyalty programs and visibility objectives.
Develop local visibility projects and regional account initiatives.
Participate in key business governance meetings, including Business Reviews, Sales meetings, the S&OP; cycle and Marketing meetings.
