What you’ll do

Lead multi-channel CRM campaigns: email, SMS, push & messaging
Build automated workflows and optimize CRM platforms
Analyze, test & continuously improve performance
Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
Help build and grow the CRM function
What we’re looking for

7+ years in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing
Strong expertise in segmentation & personalization
Hands-on CRM & marketing automation experience ( HubSpot preferred )
Strong data & analytical skills ( Power BI a plus )
International experience, ideally with exposure to Asian markets
Team leadership experience is a plus
Own CRM strategy end-to-end, work directly with senior marketing leadership, and shape customer experiences across a truly integral business.
