Responsibilities

End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
Bug analysis/fixes
Feature development when necessary
Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
App packages configured through Intune, WIP, VPN setup
Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured
Qualifications

Must have:

MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
Must have:





Windows Devices management
Must have:

Windows Information Protection (WIP)
Nice to have:

McAfee Cloud Proxy
Nice to have:

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
