Job Summary

Finance Assistant mission is to ensure compliance with the administrative tasks of the Finance department of the Operations area.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Posting of invoices.
- Manage requests for new suppliers and registration in the system.
- Perform accounting entries.
- Administering and managing travel and living expenses.
- Perform reconciliation of accounting balances with auxiliary.
- Perform reconciliations of balances of group companies.
- Calculate and account for Provisions (Expenses, Depreciation of Stocks...).




- Controlling Transportation expenses.
- Carry out Treasury and Taxes management.

Education/Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position, especially in a multinational environment.
- Qualification in International Business, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office (Excel), ERP SAP; Oracle Cloud is desirable.
- Good communication and planning skills, change management, innovation and creativity, results orientation and teamwork.
