Maintain the target metrics by converting the prospective students into enrolled and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Analyse the assignment markets and manage the necessary recruitment activities to meet enrolment targets.
- Promote the programs by planning and executing admissions events virtually and in person

Barcelona|Essential high level of English
- Optimistic, resilient, positive, and collaborative autonomous
- Motivation, persuasion and result driven
- Goal oriented and use to work under sales pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (min C1). Additional languages are a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in education or relevant field
- Preferred two years' experience in international recruitment or admission counselling
- Mandatory work permit
- Strong planning, analytic and people reading skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and engaged
