Job Description Summary:
The Legal Counsel is providing counsel on legal issues.

Job Description:
Mission & Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice in different fields of law, but mainly advise on marketing compliance issues, advertising law, IT law and GDPR matters.
- Drafting contracts (commercial, IP and copyright law), terms and conditions, consent declaration, etc.
- Drafting and negotiating production agreements for audiovisual content.
- Legal advice in events and festivals planning.
- Drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Drafting and negotiating contracts with influencers and celebrities.
- Provide legal advice and draft terms and conditions for online promotional actions (draws/contests/raffles).
- Research legal issues around adverting law and regulatory matters.
- Advise on general legal matters related under Spanish law.

Qualifications & Languages
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Languages: English

Soft skills & Competencies
- You are an IP/IT qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Spain.



Knowledge in Privacy/GDPR matters is a plus.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience.
- You are fluent in English with a command of legal English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You have experience working in-house in a regulated environment, highly desirable.
- You are a curious and constantly challenging the _status quo_ and a smart strategist.
- You have a strong commercial approach and great communication skills.
- You are well organized and manage your projects independently.
- You feel comfortable working in a complex legal environment with high standards.
- You are disciplined.
- Your mind is always on growth - you are willing to learn fast, think outside the box, move things forward and go the extra mile.
