THE ROLE
At Zoomo, our people are our number one asset and we're looking for a passionate Payroll Manager, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of end-to-end payroll processes are delivered on time, accurately, are compliant, seamless,
and efficiently for all of Zoomo's business. You will bring your innate curiosity, analytical brain, legislation & system knowledge, collaboration skills & excellent organisational skills to the table.
In a hybrid working arrangement (onsite days to suit you), you will work closely with the People & Culture team, as well as the Finance team, looking after the following responsibilities:
Partner with payroll agents to manage & run payroll for Zoomo’s integral team:
- Managing end-to-end processing of variable payroll cycles for 300+ employees globally. You will be a true all-rounder, willing to complete basic administration through to driving strategic projects.
- Being group payroll expert and ensuring payroll is compliant to relevant local legislations
- Ensuring preparation and timely payment of all tax obligations including PAYG tax, Payroll tax, Superannuation Guarantee contributions, medical insuranc
