Learnlife, a network of international schools, is seeking a dynamic Secondary Years STEM Teacher to lead and revolutionize science, maths & maker learning experiences for 11- to 15-year-olds in our Village Hub in the Garraf region (St. Pere de Ribes).

We’ve built 3 Hubs that host 300 school-aged learners in Barcelona.

As a Learning Guide, you will co-create our numeracy and science program at our secondary years location in Barcelona, fostering a love for learning and equipping students with essential skills for success. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping a positive learning culture in this recently opened location.

Your responsibilities

Lead Program Design
- Co-design and lead a comprehensive mathematics learning program for 11 to 14-year-olds; integrating STEM and transdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop an innovative, student-centered curriculum.

Collaborative Teamwork: be a generalist
- Work within a cross-functional, agile team to develop and refine learning experiences.
- In addition to STEM, you will facilitate non-STEM sessions focused on socio-emotional learning and occasionally support other learning blocks as needed.
- You will mentor a small group of learners acting as a coach, guide, and passion pusher.
- You will also serve as the primary point of contact for your mentees’ families, fostering open, collaborative communication.
