To continue this success, we are looking for a highly analytical Product Portfolio Director with a strong business focus, dedicated to maximizing the performance of our apps.
The Mission:
As the Product Portfolio Director, you are the strategic architect of our digital ecosystem. You won't just be managing apps; you will be responsible for the long-term roadmap of a diverse portfolio of games and non-games products. We need a leader who thinks in macro-trends, identifies market shifts before they happen,



and acts as a bridge between technical execution and business growth.

What you´ll be doing as a Product Portfolio Director
Portfolio Strategy & Vision
- Define the overarching vision for the portfolio, moving beyond incremental optimizations to high-impact macro shifts.
- Identify emerging trends and market shifts, translating them into actionable portfolio initiatives.
- Prioritize initiatives across multiple products based on potential impact, resource allocation, and long-term value.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the “voice of authority” for Product across stakeholders in the Apps BU.
- Ensure alignment between engineering, design, marketing, and business teams across all apps.
- Mentor and guide senior product managers or leads within the portfolio.

Subscription & Revenue Excellence
- Deep-dive into subscription economics (LTV, churn, paywall optimization) to max
