About The Role

Full-time Consultant within FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice in Madrid
We focus on our clients’ strategic, operational,



financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional tests faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders

What You’ll Do

Day-to-day project management, including:
- Supporting the structuring of the engagement approach, scope, and deliverables.
- Communicating with external stakeholders to keep them informed about progress, initial observations, and issues.
- Coaching and supporting junior team members with challenges and problems.
- Forming initial views on the engagement to discuss and validate with Lead Managing Director or Senior Managing Director.
- Taking responsibility for delivering a substantial part of the client deliverable, ensuring it meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Building and nurturing personal networks both inside and outside the organization, fostering long-term professional relationships.
