RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join us as a part-time or full-time Helpdesk Specialist You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for multifunction printers, among other tasks.100% customer service job position (no sales).

WE OFFER:
- Permanent contract.
- Full-time position: 39 hours per week, including two weeks of paid training.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Annual salary: 19,000 euros gross/year+ productivity and quality bonus of €160 gross/month (€1,960 gross/year).
- Training planned for 2 weeks (as part of the contract): 7th March 2026.

Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Helpdesk-Spezialist (Teilzeit oder Vollzeit) Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem die technische Unterstützung, Fehlerbehebung und Beratung zu Multifunktionsdruckern. Es handelt sich um eine reine Kundenservice-Position (kein Verkauf).
