We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineering Project Leadto join a multidisciplinary environment, taking responsibility for leading electrical engineering teams and delivering complex industrial projects within international EPC frameworks.

Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate, and supervise the electrical engineering project team throughout project execution.

Plan, monitor, and control project milestones, schedules, and engineering deliverables.

Resolve complex technical and engineering challenges ensuring efficient project execution.

Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary departments and operational centers.

Ensure full compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.





Maintain strong and effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Prepare and present project progress and performance reports.

Manage change orders and evaluate their technical and schedule impacts.

Review, approve, and validate electrical engineering deliverables.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the Electrical Engineering Department.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mining Engineering with Energy specialization).

Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.

At least 10 years of experience in industrial projects within Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical sectors.

Minimum 5 years in leadership or coordination roles within industrial engineering environments.

Availability and willingness to travel internationally.

Demonstrated leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
