In Niza Cars Rent-a-Car we are looking for for our headquarters in El Prat del Llobregat,

RENT-A-CAR COMMERCIAL RECEPTIONIST

Reporting to the head of the division, your responsibility will be to datener and advise customers about the company's Rent-a-Car products and the different options available to them.

What will be your tasks?
- Personalized advice to customers regarding the products.
- Processing of reservations, contracts, damage control, etc.
- Manage and formalize rental contracts and reservations.
- Manage the delivery and return of vehicles.

Follow-up of possible incidents during the provision of the service.
What are the requirements?
- Experience in Rent a Car service or similar, in management, administration and customer service functions.
- Availability to work in morning shift (7h-15h) or afternoon (15h-23h) with two holidays per week.
- Knowledge of English is essential, with a third language being an asset.
- Driving license B
