The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong domain expertise in IT management, device lifecycle, identity systems, and enterprise software infrastructure to take full ownership of a key area within our team.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Device Management (MDM / UEM)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDP)
- IT Marketplace & Hardware Lifecycle

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving both strategy and execution. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly when needed, and always keeps the long-term vision in sight.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Product Manager at Factorial IT, you will:
Own the IT product area




- Define the product vision and roadmap for device management, identity integrations, and IT lifecycle flows.
- Shape how MDM, SaaS management, and hardware procurement integrate into a single experience.

Lead execution across complex technical domains
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver scalable and secure IT infrastructure capabilities.
- Translate complex technical systems (MDM APIs, provisioning protocols, identity flows) into intuitive product experiences.

Design end-to-end lifecycle experiences
- Connect HR as a source of truth with onboarding, device provisioning, zero-touch enrollment, SaaS provisioning, and offboarding automation.
- Ensure hardware, identity, and software lifecycle are unified.

Drive business impact
- Be accountable for product success metrics, revenue impact, adoption, and platform scalability.
- Partner closely with GTM teams to ensure strong
