This is a growth‑oriented role with strong mentoring from senior team members.

What You’ll Do:
- Support routine updates and repackaging activities.




- Learn and progressively contribute to PowerShell scripting and DevOps workflows.

What You Bring:
- Initial exposure to Intune administration.
- Basic PowerShell knowledge or scripting fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of ITIL terminology and service management concepts.
- Familiarity with ticket‑based work and structured support processes.
- Willingness to follow defined operational procedures and documentation standards.
- Knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions will be considered a plus, especially Microsoft Copilot.
