Tus tareas:
The Commercial Coordinator ensures the effective on-site execution of the commercial strategy by coordinating internal teams and external sales agents, supporting operations, and driving sales performance while protecting business value.

Key responsibilities:
1. Commercial execution control
Ensure the sales office is properly set up (order, materials, physical storytelling) and that the defined sales pitch is correctly applied for each promotion. Observe commercial meetings and customer interactions to detect deviations in discourse or unit prioritization, and verify correct implementation of the blocking strategy, management of critical units and reservation policy. Control pricing compliance, CRM data accuracy and updates, alignment between presente and reported stock, and the update of sales materials and real estate portal listings (when applicable).
2. Sales team training and alignment
Deliver initial training for each launch (product knowledge, buyer target profile, competitive environment and positioning), complemented by ongoing monthly or quarterly sessions.



Reinforce strategic sales messaging beyond technical features through objection-handling simulations, role plays and re-training of sales discourse when needed. Evaluate on-site sales team performance and coordinate with external agencies to ensure message consistency.
3. Sales strategy and product mix control
Monitor absorption rates by unit type and conduct weekly sales analysis by unit characteristics (type, orientation, floor level, price per sqm). Identify slow-moving units and underlying causes, propose strategic adjustments (change of commercial focus, short-term incentives or unit reprioritization), and control execution of the planned pricing path.
4. Support during peak workloads and complex closings
Provide on-site support during commercial launches and periods of high workload, including direct involvement in complex negotiations, strategic clients or high-value transactions, as w
