Job Description
Due to continued growth we are looking for a Quality Manager to join our Resilience team in Aberdeen
Our Resilience team, based in Aberdeen, operates across the Oil and Gas market to support our customers to extend asset life, decarbonise and ensure a resilient and secure energy supply for the UK. We operate across the project lifecycle, from Feasibility Studies, through FEED and into Detailed Engineering and Procurement for Customers such as INEOS FPS, Dana and EnQuest. We are a rapidly growing business unit with forecast growth double our size in 2026 and again in 2027.
The Quality Lead/Manager will set up, develop and own the required Quality Control and Assurance capability for Costain's Resilience business unit based out of the Aberdeen Office. The team operate across onshore and offshore assets across the full lifecycle from Feasibility, FEED, Detailed Engineering and Procurement and Construction support. This individual will lead the implementation and management of project quality control plans, assurance plans,



inspection regimes and vendor checks through the full lifecycle.
This role is based a minimum of 3 days a week in the Aberdeen office.

Responsibilities
UKCS regularity & QMS Governance
- Maintain full alignment with Costain, Customer and regulatory requirements and establish and maintain Project Quality Management System for Aberdeen and monitor compliance
- Oversee compliance management relating to Safety and Environmental Critical Elements (SECEs)
- Lead external audits and ensure quality risks are identified, recorded and steps are taken to migrate or eliminate
