About the role

Imaginocity is an established English-language after school academy in València working primarily with children aged 3–11.

We are looking for a Growth & Enrolment Manager to take ownership of the commercial growth of the academy.

This is not simply a social-media or marketing position. We want somebody who can turn marketing activity into enquiries, enquiries into enrolments, and enrolments into long-term students.

The successful candidate will work directly with the owner and have considerable freedom to develop and execute a practical growth strategy.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for the complete student-acquisition and growth process, including:
- Increasing new student enquiries and enrolments.
- Developing and executing local and digital marketing campaigns.
- Managing leads from first enquiry through to enrolment.
- Improving conversion rates from WhatsApp, telephone, web and in-person enquiries.
- Developing referral programmes for existing families.
- Building relationships with local schools, nurseries,



associations and complementary businesses.
- Developing partnerships and local promotional opportunities.
- Improving the academy’s visibility within the surrounding area.
- Managing Google, social media and other relevant digital channels.
- Testing paid advertising where there is a clear commercial case.
- Improving website and landing-page conversion.
- Creating campaigns around the academic year, summer programmes and other enrolment periods.
- Following up inactive leads and former students.
- Helping improve student retention and re-enrolment.
- Maintaining a simple CRM or structured lead-management system.
- Measuring results and reporting clearly on what is—and is not—working.

How success will be measured

We are interested in commercial results rather than marketing activity for its own sake.

Important metrics will include:

Enquiries → appointments/visits → trials → enrolments → retention → revenue.
