Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is looking for

Performance Marketing Lead

to join our European Marketing team. You will report directly into our Senior Marketing Director based in Sweden.

The role can be based in

London, Stockholm or Madrid , with regular travel to our main hubs in Europe.

It is a

temporary contract

created to cover maternity leave,

until end of 2027 .

We offer

with 3 days working from the office and 2 days from home.

As Performance Marketing Lead, you will be

responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies, while staying hands-on with performance marketing activities.

You will run media planning, buying, optimization and performance marketing operations to acquire new customers and users for our products and services. It oversees our digital channels, including Google, Meta, Amazon and other relevant media and ad platforms, as well as marketing activities including ATL. You will also drive campaigns and initiatives to attract New To Brand customers and convert interested consumers into buyers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive customer/user growth across various channels (digital, partnerships, etc.) impacting DTC and Amazon sales channels specifically but also overall market incl benefit for Omni/retail and can span across bought, earned and owned media types av various sources and formats.

Develop each paid media channel incl optimization of targeting, bidding strategies, account/ad structure, content localized per
