About The Role
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and leading a team of sales representatives across your region. This is a full‑time position based in Barcelona, reporting to the Managing Director, with frequent travel across your region.

In This Role, You Will

Implement KOMPAN’s commercial strategy across your region, ensuring strong execution and market presence

Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed sales team, driving performance and engagement

Act as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management, ensuring smooth coordination and execution





Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, customers, and partnerships across your territory

Analyse markets, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position

Own and deliver regional sales targets, forecasts, and budgets

Monitor performance through KPIs and define action plans to maximise results

Coordinate and support complex sales processes, including project‑based opportunities and tenders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Represent KOMPAN at events, trade fairs, and client meetings

Ensure effective cost control and reporting of commercial activity
