Core Responsibilities

Project Execution and Oversight:

Project Coordination: Supervise daily operations, ensuring construction activities align with project plans and specifications.

Site Inspections: Conduct routine and thorough site checks to oversee progress, manage resources, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Compliance and Documentation: Manage and maintain essential project documents, including implementation plans using PERT/CPM, ensuring all regulatory and procedural documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Technical and Regulatory Compliance:

Materials and Standards Compliance: Verify that all construction materials and practices meet project specifications and quality standards.

Environmental and Safety Compliance: Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high safety standards.

Communication and Reporting:

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and address technical challenges.

Progress Reporting:



Provide detailed daily updates and comprehensive weekly reports on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Quality Control and Project Evaluation:

Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct detailed pre-final and final project inspections to ensure all aspects of the project meet or exceed expectations.

Documentation Accuracy: Manage and archive detailed records of the construction process, including photographic documentation for quality assurance and billing.

Leadership and Team Management:

Team Leadership: Direct and support construction teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities and ensuring a cohesive project execution strategy.

Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in road construction and civil works pro
