About the role:
Our Lead Product Designer is going on sabbatical, so we're hiring a Senior Product Designer to keep momentum on our roadmap. This is a
hands-on individual contributor role
. You'll own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering. This is not a people management position.

Over the next 6 months, you'll work on:
- Redesigning core product workflows (starting with chat)




- Building reporting and measurement experiences using Meta and TikTok Ads data
- Designing interaction patterns for upcoming AI-assisted and agentic features

*⏰This is a full time role with a versátil schedule, you must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.*
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years of Product Design experience.
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.
- Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites.
- Experience working within an established design system.
- Strong interaction and visual design skills.
- Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team.
- Clear written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience handing off designs to engineering.
- Experience conducting usability testing.

Nice to have:
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.
- Experience in creator economy, influencer
