The Recipe (About the Role)
As Brand Manager, you will shape and deliver impactful brand programmes that drive consumer relevance,



commercial performance, and long-term brand equity. The successful candidate will own high-quality activation, oversee brand profit and loss performance, and deliver portfolio changesincluding innovation and renovationwith pace and excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to work across functions, using data-led insight to inform decisions and manage multiple high-impact projects. You will play a key role in evolving the brand over the next three to five years, embracing digital and Artificial Intelligence enabled insights, accelerating innovation, and building towards broader responsibility within the portfolio.
- Develop and deliver annual brand plans aligned to strategy, ensuring all activity is executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
