The Role:
One of Banyan’s portfolio companies in Spain is searching for a CEO to continue the success and evolution of their business. The CEO is the most senior executive of the company and the central figure in defining its strategic direction, commercial success, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Group's European Management Partner,



the CEO will be responsible for sustaining and growing an existing portfolio of long-term public sector clients, while leading the company's commercial development — including new client acquisition, tender strategy, and service expansion.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for key public sector clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewal.
- Develop and deepen strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across regional ministries and public management entities.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to expand the company's footprint within existing accounts.

Building & Overseeing the Commercial Function
- Lead a dedicated Commercial Director (or equivalent Head of Sales/Business Development) who will own and lead day-to-day commercial execution — including pipeline management, tender submissions, and new client
