Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Client Relations Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services
- Track client feedback and improve overall experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience in client relations, account management,



or customer success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
