Responsibilities

In this role, I will assist and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Culinary department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. I will ensure that all set policies, procedures and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.





I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role:
- As Sous Chef, I will support the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef in the overall management and smooth operation of the culinary team.
- I will ensure all food preparation and presentation are aligned with brand standards, recipes, quality expectations and hygiene regulations.
- I will supervise and support the culinary hosts in the preparation, cooking and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence at all times.
- I will assist in creating seasonal menus and innovative culinary concepts that reflect the Eat With Six Senses philosophy, focusing on sustainability, local produce and wellness.
- I will ensure proper handling, storage and rotation of all food products in accordance with HACCP standards and local health regulations.
