AtSEGULATechnologies,wearelookingtohireseveralDesignReleaseEngineerstojoinautomotiveprojectsbasedinZaragoza.TheDesignReleaseEngineerwillberesponsiblefortheend-to-endmanagementofcomponentdevelopment(dependingonscope:mechatronics,interior,closures,lighting,glazing,etc.),actingasatechnicalinterfacebetweensuppliers,engineeringteams,andtheproject,ensuringcompliancewithtiming,quality,andtechnicalrequirements.Thisisakeypositionwithintheindustrializationprocessdevelopment,involvingahighlevelofinternationalcoordination.
Main responsibilities

Managecomponentdevelopmentwithintheproject(planning,milestones,deliverables).
Coordinatetechnicallywithsuppliers:monitorprogress,risks,andactionplans.
EnsuresupplierqualitymanagementfollowingAPQP/PPAPmethodologies.
Trackandresolvedevelopmentissues(ISSUE/ECR/ChangeManagement).
Leadtechnicalmeetings(designreviews,convergencemeetings,projectfollow-ups).
Validatetechnicaldocumentation:CAD(2D/3D),BOM,PCP,specifications.
Alignsuppliertimelineswithoverallprojectplanning.
Participateinvalidationphases,prototypes,andproductlaunch.




Performtechnicalfeasibilityanalysis,industrialization,andcostoptimization.
ManageandtrackdocumentationusingPLMtools.
Requisitos

DegreeinEngineering(Industrial,Mechanical,Automotive,orsimilar).
Previousexperienceintheautomotivesector,ideallyinrolessuchasDesignReleaseEngineer,ProductEngineer,ProjectEngineer,DevelopmentEngineer,orsimilar.
Strongunderstandingofautomotiveproductdevelopmentprocesses.
Experienceworkingwithsuppliersinaninternationalenvironment.
KnowledgeofAPQP,PPAP,andchangemanagement(ECR/ECN).
AbilitytoreadandinterpretCADdrawingsandmodels(2D/3D).
HighlevelofEnglish(internationalenvironment).
Nicetohave
