Position : Business Development Representative with
German - GenAI Ads Solutions Location : Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Start Date : 7 September, 2026 Purpose of the Role This role
focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients. The
ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing
knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a
commercial drive and a customer-centric approach are critical.
Requirements Language Skills: C1 level of German and B2 level of
English Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads
ecosystem, advanced client knowledge) Experience in pre-sales/lead
qualification Proven experience in B2B sales or business
development Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience in outbound sales and cold calling Relocation package:
Flight expenses to Barcelona 1 month of accommodation in a nice
studio apartment provided upon arrival while you find your

Monday to Friday (39
hours/week). Hybrid Position. Competitive base salary complemented
