About the role: As an Automation & Control Engineer – Mid Senior, you will contribute to the development, integration, and validation of the automation and control systems powering our eSAIL solutions. This role combines software development, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities,



working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our systems both in factory and onboard vessels. You will progressively take ownership of technical topics and support more junior engineers while contributing to the continuous evolution of our control architecture and operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automation and control functionalities for bound4blue’s eSAIL systems. Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control devices. Support integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities in factory and onboard environments. Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Naval, and Service teams to ensure proper system integration. Participate in FAT, HAT, commissioning, and sea trial activities.
