About the Role We are looking for a proactive and
customer-oriented Dutch-speaking Solution Specialist to join our
client’s dynamic team within the cloud technology sector . This
position is adecuado for individuals who are passionate about
technology, eager to support business customers, and motivated to
build a career in cloud-based solutions and digital transformation.
You will act as a trusted advisor for Dutch-speaking clients,
guiding them in adopting cloud solutions and delivering seamless
technical and product support. Key Responsibilities Provide expert
guidance to Dutch-speaking clients on cloud products and digital
transformation solutions Deliver consultative support via phone,
email, and video calls Assist customers with product setup,
optimization, and troubleshooting Understand customer needs and
recommend suitable cloud services and upgrades Collaborate with
internal technical and sales teams to ensure high-quality service




delivery Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM systems
Support onboarding and training activities for new customers
Requirements Fluent Dutch (C1+) Fluent English (B2+) Strong
communication skills and customer-focused attitude Interest in
cloud technology and digital solutions (previous experience is a
plus but not required) Problem-solving mindset and ability to think
analytically A team player with a proactive approach and
willingness to learn Offer Hybrid work model – office based in
Málaga or Valencia Full-time contract Monday to Friday | 09:00 –
